Bienvenida, primavera! Welcome, spring! Although you are cold and rainy today, we appreciate the green you bring to the earth around us.

In the community garden, the red clover we scattered last year as a ground cover near our asparagus has self seeded and is now a bright green carpet over one end of the garden. In the greenhouse, the tomato, pepper, and broccoli seedlings we planted a few weekd ago are super sweet AND bravely surviving these past few icky days of cold and rain. Here are some pictures.

Plan to join us tomorrow, Tuesday the 21st from 6-8pm in the garages just east of the greenhouse for our second round of planting.
